Lucero Quick Tip: Use Alt B in a contract to quickly send that contract and all ancillary data to Tech Support for those "problem details". A great report Commission Basis Posting Detail located under |reports|agent reports|income ledger| is a great way to see what income ledger postings are being accrued for agent's commission basis .. it automatically sets the date range based on each agent's update frequency .. a pretty nifty report that is fairly new. |
