MLS RETS Interface for Lucero
Lucero Summit interfaces with a rapidly, growing number of MLS boards that have mapped "RETS Standard Names" - and can return them via XML.
Click MLS's Interfaced with Lucero Summit to see if YOUR MLS integration has been completed. (Click on your board to view the results)
Click Click here to begin the process
If YOUR MLS integration has not been completed...
Click HERE to submit a request for RETS access from your local board representative. This is where "the bottleneck" typically occurs.
You must follow up with your board rep, who will then usually ask that we sign a consultant agreement. We are not a website development company and will not pay any access fees.
Once your board rep has provided us with the information requested and login credentials, we will conduct a RETS test. (Currently, there is no charge for testing)
VERY IMPORTANT - No work will begin until we receive your login credentials. When your board rep completes the RETS access request survey, we will both receive a copy. This will trigger the testing process
The testing process usually takes 4-5 days. We will send you a copy of the actual results for your review, acceptance and payment. If you are you are using Lucero Summit Hosting Online - your system will automatically be updated. Otherwise, a specially programmed RETS file is sent and must be saved into the Lucero data directory. Please click MLS Interface User Guide to review the setup process.
Terms & Conditions
You are required to maintain current Lucero (ESP) to use the MLS interface.
Lucero Summit retrieves one listing at a time, not in a daily batch.
You are responsible for negotiating with your board for login credentials. We are a third party vendor and they do not call us back.
If your MLS charges a fee, it is your responsibility. If your MLS requires a contract to be signed by us, there may be a $500 attorney review fee required. However, consultant agreements are common, expected and we will sign them.
